Payouts

When your cashback is approved and becomes available in your Bumili wallet, you can request a payout. This section explains when cashback can be withdrawn, how payout requests are processed and why a payout may sometimes take time.

When can I withdraw cashback?

You can withdraw cashback when it has been approved and is available in your balance. Pending cashback cannot be withdrawn because the store or affiliate network has not fully confirmed the purchase yet. A payout becomes available when your available balance reaches the minimum payout amount. The minimum amount is shown in your Bumili wallet before you create a payout request.

What is the minimum payout amount?

The minimum payout amount is the smallest amount you can withdraw from your Bumili wallet. It helps reduce very small and frequent manual payout processing. The exact minimum amount may change depending on platform rules, currency, payout method or payment processing costs. The current minimum amount will always be shown in your account before you submit a payout request.

Which payout methods are supported?

Available payout methods may depend on your country, currency and platform options. Bumili may support bank transfer, PayPal, Revolut, crypto or other manual payout methods where available. Not every method is always available to every user. Before creating a payout request, you will see the available options in your account.

How long do payouts take?

Payout timing can vary. Some payouts may be processed faster, while others may take more time, especially if manual review is required. The timing can depend on the selected payout method, bank or payment provider processing times, weekends, holidays, account details and security checks. Bumili works to process requests as quickly as possible, but in some cases payment completion also depends on external providers.

Why is my payout still being processed?

If your payout is still being processed, it means the request has been received, but the payment has not been fully completed yet. We may review account information, payout details, available balance and transaction security. Delays can also be caused by banks, payment providers, incorrect or incomplete payout details, weekends, holidays or additional security checks.

What happens to my balance after I request a payout?

When you submit a payout request, the requested amount is reserved. This means it is no longer available for new payout requests while the current request is being processed. This helps prevent the same balance from being requested more than once.

Can I cancel a payout request?

A payout request can only be cancelled before it is being processed or paid. If the request is still in its initial status, cancellation may be available in your account. If the payout is already being processed or the payment has been sent, cancellation may no longer be possible.

What happens if a payout is rejected?

If a payout is rejected, the reserved amount is returned to your available Bumili balance. You can then review the reason, correct the payout details and submit a new request if needed. A payout may be rejected if the account details are incorrect, the selected method is unavailable, additional verification is required or the request does not meet platform rules.

Can there be a payout fee?

If a payout method has an additional fee or payment provider charge, we aim to show it before you confirm the payout request. In some cases, banks or payment providers may apply their own fees. Bumili does not control external bank or payment provider rules.

Why does Bumili review payouts?

Payout reviews help protect users and the platform from mistakes, duplicate requests, fraud and incorrect payments. Our goal is not to delay payouts, but to make sure money is sent to the correct user and to the correct payout details.
