Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Bumili, a cashback and affiliate tracking service operated by Bumili, SIA ("Bumili", "we", "us", or "our").
By creating an account, accessing the website, generating a tracking link, using cashback features, using referral features, or requesting a payout, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.
These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Cashback Policy, Payment Policy, Referral Program Terms and other legal documents available on the Service.

Description of the Service
Bumili provides cashback, affiliate tracking, referral, wallet and payout-related services. The Service allows users to open merchant offers through tracking links, receive cashback records when eligible purchases are reported by merchants or affiliate partners, and participate in referral rewards where available.
Bumili is not the seller of products or services offered by third-party merchants. Any purchase you make is made directly with the relevant merchant and is subject to that merchant's own terms, prices, delivery rules, return rules, warranty rules and privacy policy.
User Accounts
To use certain parts of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information and to keep your account information updated.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
We may refuse registration, suspend access, restrict features, or close an account if we reasonably believe that the account has been used in breach of these Terms, for fraud, abuse, duplicate account activity, unauthorized automation, or other harmful activity.
Age Requirements
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use cashback, referral or payout features. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Cashback
Cashback may be recorded when you access a merchant through a Bumili tracking link, complete an eligible purchase, and the merchant or affiliate network confirms the transaction and commission.
Cashback is not guaranteed until the relevant merchant or affiliate network confirms that the transaction is eligible and the commission is approved. Cashback shown as pending is not available for payout and may be changed, rejected, cancelled or reversed.
Cashback may be rejected or reversed for reasons including, but not limited to: cancelled orders, returned goods, unpaid orders, duplicate orders, fraud checks, merchant exclusions, use of unauthorized coupon codes, competing cashback or affiliate links, incorrect tracking, ad blockers, cookie restrictions, attribution to another partner, or merchant-side technical issues.
Cashback rates, eligible merchants, eligible categories, currencies, approval times and conditions may change at any time. The final cashback eligibility decision may depend on merchant or affiliate network confirmation.
Tracking Links and Attribution
Cashback depends on correct tracking and attribution. You should be logged into your account before creating or using a tracking link and should complete the purchase in the same session where possible.
We are not responsible for missing or failed tracking caused by browser settings, deleted cookies, private browsing, ad blockers, VPNs, merchant website errors, third-party scripts, competing referral links, coupon websites, payment interruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Merchant Products, Orders, Returns and Warranties
Bumili does not sell, deliver, manufacture, inspect or guarantee merchant products or services. All product descriptions, prices, availability, delivery, returns, cancellations, warranties, refunds and customer support related to a merchant purchase are handled by the relevant merchant.
If you return, cancel or refund a merchant purchase, the related cashback may be rejected, cancelled or reversed. A dispute with a merchant does not automatically create a right to cashback from Bumili.
Wallet and Balances
Your account may show different balance types, such as pending balance, available balance, reserved balance or paid balance. These balances are records inside the Service and are used to show cashback and reward status.
Only approved cashback that is marked as available may be eligible for payout. Pending cashback, rejected cashback, cancelled cashback and cashback under review cannot be withdrawn.
We may correct wallet entries, ledger records, cashback amounts, referral rewards or payout records if we detect an error, duplicate entry, incorrect merchant report, reversed commission, fraud, abuse or other ineligible activity.
Payouts
Payout functionality may depend on available payout methods, minimum payout amounts, account status, verification checks and manual or third-party payment processing. Supported payout methods may change over time.
When payout requests are available, you must provide accurate payout details. Bumili is not responsible for failed, delayed or misdirected payouts caused by incorrect payout information provided by you.
We do not store full bank card details or online banking credentials. Payouts or payment-related processing may be handled by third-party providers under their own terms and privacy notices.
We may delay, reject, cancel or review payout requests where required for fraud prevention, security, legal compliance, technical reasons, account review, or if the related cashback is not eligible.
Payments, Subscriptions and Payouts
Bumili may offer paid subscriptions or paid account features directly through the Service. Payments for Bumili subscriptions or other paid Bumili features may be processed by Stripe or another payment service provider.
Bumili does not intentionally store full payment card numbers, card security codes or online banking credentials on its own servers. Payment details are processed by the payment provider according to its own terms and privacy notice.
Purchases made from third-party merchants are not purchases from Bumili. If you buy goods or services from a merchant website, that purchase is made directly with the merchant and is subject to the merchant's own terms, payment rules, refund rules, delivery rules, warranty rules and privacy policy.
Where payout functionality is available, users may request payouts from available approved cashback balance using supported payout methods, such as bank transfer, PayPal or other methods shown in the Service.
By providing payout details, including bank account information or a PayPal email address, you confirm that the information is accurate, that you are authorized to use the provided payout account, and that you agree that Bumili, banks, PayPal, payment institutions, payout providers and other financial service providers involved in the payout may process this information for payout processing, compliance, fraud prevention and record-keeping purposes.
Payouts may be delayed, rejected, cancelled or reversed where required for fraud prevention, legal compliance, incorrect payout details, cashback reversal, partner reversal, account review or violation of these Terms or other applicable Bumili policies.

Referral Program
The Service may include referral features that allow users to invite other users through referral links or codes. Referral rewards are subject to program rules, cashback approval, fraud checks and eligibility requirements.
Referral rewards are not guaranteed until all applicable conditions are met and the related qualifying activity is approved. We may reject, cancel or reverse referral rewards if the related cashback is rejected, refunded, fraudulent, abusive or otherwise ineligible.
Self-referrals, fake accounts, duplicate accounts, misleading promotion, spam, automated sign-ups, artificial activity and referral abuse are prohibited.
Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, misleading, abusive or fraudulent purpose. Prohibited activity includes, but is not limited to:
- creating fake, duplicate or self-referral accounts;
- submitting false orders, screenshots, claims, payout details or support requests;
- manipulating cashback tracking, cookies, attribution, referral links, merchant rules or payout flows;
- using bots, scripts, scraping tools, automated traffic or unauthorized API access;
- attempting to access accounts, systems, data or features without authorization;
- using the Service to send spam, unsolicited messages or misleading referral promotions;
- uploading or transmitting malware, harmful code or security attacks;
- misrepresenting cashback rates, merchant offers, Bumili, merchants or affiliate partners;
- violating applicable laws, regulations, third-party rights or merchant terms.
Account Review, Suspension and Termination
We may monitor account, cashback, referral, tracking and payout activity to protect the Service, users, merchants and partners from abuse.
We may suspend, restrict or terminate your account, reject cashback, reverse rewards, cancel payout requests, or block access to the Service if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, abused the Service, created risk for Bumili or others, or used the Service in a fraudulent or unlawful way.
You may stop using the Service at any time. Account deletion or closure may be subject to retention of certain records where required for legal, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution or legitimate business purposes.
Third-Party Merchants and Services
The Service may contain links to third-party merchant websites, affiliate networks, payment providers, analytics providers or other third-party services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party websites, products, services, prices, availability, policies, actions or omissions.
Bumili only sells subscriptions or paid Bumili account features directly through the Service. Products or services purchased from third-party merchants are sold by those merchants, not by Bumili. Bumili is not responsible for merchant payments, refunds, delivery, returns, warranties, product quality or merchant disputes.
Your use of third-party websites and services is at your own risk and may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.
Marketing Communications
Where you have given consent or where otherwise permitted by law, we may send you service updates, cashback information, merchant offers, referral updates or marketing communications. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications or change your preferences where available.
Where you have given marketing-cookie consent, we may use consent-based marketing measurement technologies, including Meta Pixel (Facebook Pixel), as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. These technologies are not required to use the core Service and can be rejected or withdrawn through cookie settings where available.
Service, security, account, cashback, payout and legal notices may still be sent where necessary to operate the Service or protect your account.
Intellectual Property
The Service, website, design, software, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, content, features and functionality are owned by Bumili, SIA or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Service or its content without our prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
Privacy
Our processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge that personal data may be processed to provide accounts, cashback tracking, referrals, wallet records, payouts, security, support and legal compliance.
Service Availability and Changes
We aim to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or permanent availability. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, security incidents, third-party failures or other reasons.
We may modify, suspend, limit or discontinue any part of the Service, including merchants, offers, cashback rates, referral features, payout methods or account features, at any time.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, availability, reliability, merchant approval, cashback eligibility, payout timing, third-party services or fitness for a particular purpose of the Service.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bumili, SIA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, loss of profit, loss of data, loss of goodwill, loss of expected cashback, merchant rejection, affiliate network rejection, third-party failure, or unavailable service arising from or related to your use of the Service.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is not permitted by applicable law.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Bumili, SIA harmless from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses arising from your misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, fraud, unlawful activity, misleading promotion, or infringement of third-party rights.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
If you have a complaint, please contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it may be submitted to the competent courts or authorities in accordance with applicable law.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on the Service with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after the updated Terms become effective means that you accept the updated Terms.
If changes are material, we may provide additional notice where reasonable or required by law.
