Cashback FAQ

Answers about cashback, tracking links, pending rewards, payouts, referrals, account safety, and merchant partnerships.

For stores and partners

Bumili helps stores and service providers reach shoppers who are looking for better deals and cashback opportunities. We connect users with partner stores and support a transparent reward model: the shopper receives cashback, while the store pays commission for tracked and eligible results.

Can my store join Bumili?

Yes. If your store or service sells products or services online, you can contact Bumili and apply for a partnership. We review the store category, target countries, commission model, available tracking options and whether the offer can be useful for Bumili users. Stores can join through an affiliate network or through a direct partnership where available.

What do stores get from cashback?

Cashback can help stores attract shoppers who are already interested in buying and are looking for a better way to complete their purchase. Bumili users open a store with a clear intention: to find an offer and receive a reward for an approved purchase. For stores, this can help increase sales, encourage repeat purchases, promote special offers and pay commission only for tracked activity that meets the agreed rules.

How does partnership with Bumili work?

The partnership is based on tracking. When a user opens a store through Bumili, a special redirect is created to help connect the purchase to Bumili. If the user makes a purchase and it is approved, the store or affiliate network reports the transaction. Bumili can then calculate cashback for the user based on the commission, purchase status and store rules.

What tracking options are needed?

Partners need a reliable way to report purchases, commissions and statuses. This can be done through an affiliate network, tracking links, SubID or click reference support, conversion reports, API, webhooks or another agreed integration. It is important to know which purchase was tracked, what commission was assigned, what the order status is and whether the order was approved, declined, cancelled or changed.

Can stores set their own cashback rules?

Yes. Stores can define their own cashback rates, commission model, exclusions, approval periods and other conditions. Rules may include product categories, countries, new or existing customers, coupon usage, return periods, cancellation rules and products or services where cashback is not available. The clearer the rules are, the easier it is for users to understand the offer and the fewer questions arise about cashback approval.

Does Bumili work with affiliate networks?

Yes. Bumili can work with stores through affiliate networks if the store is already available in such a program. This is often the easiest option because the affiliate network already provides tracking, commission reporting and transaction statuses. If the store does not have an affiliate network program, direct partnership can be considered if reliable tracking and a clear order approval process are available.

How can I apply for partnership?

To apply, contact Bumili and include the store name, website, target countries, product categories, preferred commission model and available tracking options. The more information you provide from the start, the faster we can review the partnership opportunity and understand whether the store is a good fit for Bumili users.
